Chucklefish and Concerned Ape announced today that the Nintendo Switch version of their hit life simulation RPG Stardew Valley is finally set to launch on October 5th. The release will mark the first time that Stardew Valley will be available on a portable system, allowing players to take the game with them wherever they go.
According to the announcement, the port was handled by a company called Sickhead Games, which handled the PlayStation 4 ports of Escape Goat 2 and Tooth and Tail, among others. While they are credited for handling the Switch ports of several games, the Switch version of Stardew Valley will be the first of their Switch ports to be released.
Stardew Valley is set to launch on Nintendo Switch on October 5th for $14.99.
