Horizon Zero Dawn has it all: great graphics, smooth and intuitive gameplay, an open world, characters that you can care about, and more. Many are considering it to be their game of the year and it’s no wonder why.
The already great experience is set to get a little bit greater on November 7th, with the release of the game’s first DLC pack, The Frozen Wilds. The release date for the highly-anticipated expansion to the acclaimed action-adventure game was announced earlier today via the PlayStation Blog.
The Frozen Wilds is described as follows: “Set in icy territories to the north, this new chapter of Aloy’s journey adds a new area to explore, new mysteries to uncover and new, highly lethal machines to take on.” Beyond that, not much information is available at this time. However, the team has stated that they will reveal more as the November 7th release date approaches.
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds can be pre-ordered now via the PlayStation Store for $19.99. PlayStation Plus users can grab the expansion at the discounted price of $14.99.
