Last night, Fire Pro Wrestling World, the first entry in Spike Chunsoft’s Fire Pro Wrestling series in five years, went live on Steam Early Access. The game brings back the classic look and feel of the isometric wrestling series, while also introducing a detailed layer of customization.
Among other features, Fire Pro Wrestling World boasts online matches, tournaments, and leagues. Players have the ability the ability to customize their wrestler, create custom championship belts, edit the ring itself, and even customize the referee. They can even create their own AI personalities using the game’s “robust CPU logic system.”
Fire Pro Wrestling World is now available on Steam Early Access for $19.99. It is set to be in Early Access for “a few months, depending on the scope of feedback,” after which the price is expected to be increased.
